You can visit Dollywood by obtaining Pigeon Forge tickets which will grant access to a multitude of attractions in the area. Some of the most popular include Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner Show, the Rocky Top Mountain Coaster, and Evergreen Smoky Mountain Lodge. This stunning lodging, among others, provides the perfect place to stay between parks designed for unforgettable family experiences.

The Grand Canyon

One of the most stunning natural formations in the world, the Grand Canyon of Arizona is a wonder to behold. Formed over 6 million years and stretching from Lees Ferry to Grand Wash Cliffs over almost 450km, the monument is one of the most visited in the world with around 6 million people per year.

There are many lodges and resorts dotted near the Grand Canyon national park but the most popular is Grand Canyon Village which is inside the park itself, just moments away from some of the most stunning vistas on the planet. Of course, many people love hiking the canyon but other activities for families include mule riding, helicopter tours, and rafting.

The Rockies

Following a trip to the Grand Canyon, you could follow the Colorado River right up to its namesake and stay in the picturesque Rocky Mountains. The Rockies stretch an amazing 3,000 miles from New Mexico, USA to British Columbia in Canada, but the Colorado stretch is one of the most popular with 4.5 million visitors per year.

The Colorado Rockies are known for their pristine slopes which make them perfect for skiing and snowboarding and the excellent resorts there provide activities for all experience levels and ages. Some of the best views can be seen when taking the cable car gondolas up to the ski lodges while dog-sledding and canoeing will offer a deeply personal and intimate experience of the USA’s amazing answer to the Alps.
