The All New Disney Junior Dance Party

If you are looking to visit Hollywood Studios with your little one, the newly revamped Disney Junior Dance Party is a must see! Perfect for ages 2-5, this engaging experience is one the kids will be talking about the rest of your trip.

Now featuring some of the hottest Disney Junior characters, such as Vampirina, Timon, Doc McStuffins and of course Mickey Mouse... You little one’s eyes will light up in amazement while moving and shaking along with their favorite characters!

Disney Junior Dance Party

The Disney Junior Dance Party is the replacement for the popular Disney Jr Live on Stage! One of the key differences, is that in the new dance party, the characters actually appear on stage! Not just puppets for this high energy show!

You don’t need a Fast Pass to get into this new dance party…

But if you want to get a good spot I would recommend getting there about 10-15 minutes before they start letting guests in. The characters appear on stage, and the kids sit ( more like stand and dance) on the floor right in front. Getting right up front would be great because sometimes the hosts ( DJ Deejay and Finn Fiesta) will walk around and ask for some fun audience participation!

Not only do the kids get to dance along with some of their fave Disney friends… They also get to be completely immersed in this interactive experience with bubbles, paper confetti and even snow!

My daughter is on the older end of the spectrum at 5 years old…. And she absolutely loved it! Seeing the characters literally leap off of the screen was the highlight of her day! All of the kids in the party were dancing, singing along, and just thoroughly enjoying themselves.

And bonus points? This is a great way to get out of the Florida heat for a little while, and sit down in an air-conditioned room while the little ones get some energy out by shaking their groove thing!

Once the show is over, get in line to meet all of the fabulous characters you just saw on stage! After this party is over your little one will be even more excited to get their picture taken with Vampirina, Doc McStuffins… And the rest of the Disney Junior gang!

  1. I think if my kids were smaller, we’d see this for sure! We saw the “old” one and my daughter loved it. But now that they are older, it’s not something we need to do. Granted, my kids could surprise me and want to go, and I’d be fine with it! I love all things Disney.

  3. Looks fun and it appears to be inside? Last time we were at Disney we saw Beauty and the Beast and it was outside, in July, in Florida and we were just dying…like seriously melting. Couldn’t even enjoy the show. I think everything is probably better with air conditioner lol.
