Easy Italian Stuffed Shells

  • 1/2 Box Large Pasta Shells
  • 24 Oz Jar Pasta Sauce
  • 15 Oz can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Pinch Sugar
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Bag Frozen Spinach
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan
  • Italian Seasoning to taste
  • Mozzarella and Parm To Taste
  1. Cook your shells according to the directions on the box. 

  2. Let your Shells cool.

  3. Mix together your sauce, tomatoes, and pinch of sugar. 

  4. Pour about half of the sauce into the bottom of a large pan. I used a 9x13 Pyrex pan. 

  5. Prepare your stuffing! Mix all "stuffing" ingredients together until nicely combined. 

  6. Stuff your shells and place them in the pan. 

  7. Top with remaining sauce and more cheese if desired! 

  8. Bake, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes at 375.

  9. Let cool and enjoy!
