  • 1 Box Ice Cream Cones
  • Melting Wafers
  • Sprinkes
  • Icing
Instructions

  1. Make Cupcakes According To Box Recipe

  2. Ice Cupcakes 

  3. Melt Wafers. (You can melt in the microwave or on the stove)

  4. Drizzle Ice Cream Cones With Melted Chocolate

  5. Add Sprinkles While Still Warm

  6. Place Ice Cream Cone Horn on Top Of Iced Cupcake
