Easy Blackened Shrimp Nachos are a fun seafood twist on a game day classic.
Make the shrimp according to the package. Once done, drain off the majority of the scampi sauce (discard). Mix in Old Bay seasoning and set aside.
Pre-heat oven to 400°
Start layering your nachos in a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Layer Chips, Cheese, Tomato Shrimp and more cheese.
Repeat layering a second time. ( Chips, Cheese, Tomato, Shrimp Cheese with optional onions and jalapeno)
Bake for 10 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
