Chocolate brownie topped with cheesecake and a hint of coffee; these espresso cheesecake brownies are the epitome of rich chocolate flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 TBSP Coffee
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Bag Chocolate Chips
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese ( Softened)
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix together the cake mix, oil, coffee, 1 egg, and half of the chocolate chips. 

  3. Spread into greased baking pan.

  4. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla.

  5. Spread onto the top of the brownie batter. Cutting through for a marbled effect.

  6. Spread the remaining chocolate chips on top.

  7. Bake for 40 minutes

  • You can substitute water for coffee
