  • Salmon Fillets
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Ground Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Melt butter on a hot pan on the stove.

  2. Cook sliced red onions for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add your salmon to the hot pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side.

  4. Remove the salmon and onions from the pan when completely cooked.

  5. Add your Dijon mustard, Heavy Cream, and Dill to the hot pan.

  6. Cook until bubbly, thickened, and well combined, about 5 minutes.

  7. Sauce your salmon and onions and enjoy!
