Two slices of sourdough bread, apples, brie cheese, and some raspberry jam are all you need to step up from basic grilled cheese to fancy grilled cheese.
Thinly slice the apples
Heat your pan while you prepare the sandwich.
Spread room temperature brie cheese on your bread.
Spread the raspberry jam on your bread.
Place the thinly sliced apples on both sides and close the sandwich.
Butter the outside of the sandwich and cook in your hot skillet, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
