With the perfect balance of sweet and heat, this Instant Pot pulled pork is guaranteed to be a new family favorite dinner.
Cube your pork loin and brown in the Instant Pot for about 5 minutes.
Pour a splash of Orange juice into the Instant Pot and use a wooden spatula to get all of the browned bits off of the bottom of the pot.
Add in BBQ sauce, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of brown sugar.
Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
Let sit for 15 minutes, then release the pressure.
Pull out the pork and some of the sauce, pull it with two forks and enjoy!
