Keto BBQ Chicken Casserole with Cheese and Bacon is a super simple weeknight dinner. It is low carb, delicious, and super easy to make!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Red onion, Diced
  • Precooked Bacon Bits
  • Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
  • Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°.

  2. Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side in a hot skillet, until browned on both sides.

  3. Transfer chicken to an oven safe pan.

  4. Top with BBQ sauce, then layer on mushrooms and onions.

  5. Smother with bacon bits and cheese.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
