This creamy broccoli salad is made with cucumber, onions, tomato, and mayo and is perfect to make ahead for a week’s worth of lunches or to take with you to your next summer cookout.
Thinly slice your cucumber, tomatoes, and onion and add to a large bowl.
Cut up the head of broccoli and add florets to the bowl.
Mix in sunflower seeds. (optional)
Make the dressing with Mayo, sweetener, vinegar, and dill in a bowl.
Mix the dressing into the veggies and combine well.
