Heat up your water as hot as you can stand to drink it.
If you are using raw ginger, cut into smaller pieces and let steep in the hot water for 2 minutes
Add in the juice of half a lemon, honey, and a few shakes of cayenne pepper ( as hot as you can handle it)
Drink quickly and follow with an Epsom Salt bath
