Place your chicken and marinade ingredients into a bag and refrigerate for 1-24 hours!
When ready to cook, heat up your skillet and place the chicken in it, discarding the excess marinade.
Cook until done. Remove from heat, dice the chicken and allow to cool.
Add a splash of olive oil to the hot pan and brown your corn tortilla on both sides.
Top your corn tortilla with chicken, onion, and cheese then close.
Brown the closed taco on both sides and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
