It is almost time for Valentine’s Day, and I will be honest, my husband and I rarely celebrate. As a former server, I hate going out on Valentine’s Day. We also won’t really be doing gifts for each other this year since we are more focused on building our savings. Even though we won’t do much for each other, we will still be getting gifts for the kids, while still staying on a budget! Mainly just our daughter since she is the only one of an age to really get it. Since we are on a budget, and you may be too, I figured I would share the amazing name brand Dollar Tree Valentine’s Day Gifts for kids that I was able to find recently!
Dollar Tree Valentine’s Gift Ideas
If you didn’t know, I am just a little bit obsessed with the Dollar Tree. I will go one to mine about once a week to see if they have anything new. Usually, I am not disappointed and walk out spending much more than planned. They have the absolute best seasonal items, and they have even started carrying name brand products!
So for Valentine’s Day, I decided to go all out for my daughter. I also got a couple things for my husband as well, but mainly everything I got was for the kids.
Feel free to check out my entire haul, and subscribe to my YouTube for more Dollar Tree hauls just about every week!
When I say Dollar Tree has been stepping it up when it comes to name brands, I really mean it! I was able to find Trolls, Monster High, Shopkins, and Disney branded products all for one dollar!
So for my Dollar Tree Valentine’s basket, I ended up picking up one of the pink plastic baskets, and a ton of little things to put in it.
We are trying to live healthier and cut down on sugar, so I only picked up one small thing of candy. Everything else is toys, books, puzzles, ect… I prefer gifts that will help keep the kids entertained and away from electronics. So a few puzzles, a book, stickers, and a kite all make up this Dollar Tree Valentine;s Basket.
So if you are a procrastinator (like me), on a budget, or just don’t know what to get for Valentine’s Day…Just check out your local Dollar Tree. They have something for everyone! While it is wonderful for kids’ gifts, it is also great for gifts for your significant other. You can see a few of the things I picked up for my husband in the video above.
Seriously though, I am frugal, and my kids don’t need super expensive gifts for every holiday. Dollar Tree Valentine;s baskets are the perfect way to give a loving gift, but still stay within your budget! Most of the time, no one can even tell the items were from Dollar Tree either!
Hopefully this can help you decide on a little gift for your kids! If you love Dollar Tree as much as I do, subscribe, stick around a while. Coming up soon I will have a ton f Dollar Tree organizational videos and posts for your reading and viewing pleasure!
